Quality guarantee

The Scientific and Technical Resources Service (SRCiT) has adopted a Quality Management System (QMS) based on processes and subject to the criteria of the International standard ISO 9001:2015. It has done so based on the definition of service quality objectives and the methodology for achieving them.

The principles of excellence of the SRCiT, in accordance with the quality vision of the URV, are:

• Carry out services that are in line with the needs of users, taking into account the growth prospects and the changing needs in the scientific and technological field, as long as it is in line with the URV's research strategy
• Ensure that the activities carried out by the SRCiT include criteria of sustainability, reliability and efficiency, seeking to avoid or minimize possible environmental impacts through assessment in compliance with the URV's Environmental Plan.
• Optimize resource management, reducing costs and maximizing utilization. Seek to reduce the costs of nonquality.
• Provide a quality management framework for the benefit of the entire university community.
• Provide the technical, material and human resources for each service, so that it is offered to the user in the most agile, comfortable and sustainable way possible and allows him to improve his competitive position in his field of action.
• Acquire the commitment to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements aplicable to the organitazion.
• Establish a continuous of service improvement, to achieve the goals and milestones set within the QMS.
• Involve, motivate, train and engage staff, with the aim of seeking their participation in the management, development and application of the QMS.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any information exchanged in the provision of services.
• Forge a estructural coordination with other entities to respond to possible short-term needs that may arise.
