- Acces to the building:
Access to the SRCiT building is by means of the user's URV identification card; you need to ask one of the Area Managers for access with your card. If you are from another center and do not have a card, you can access it by calling the building's ATM.
- Schedule:
Once the user is registered, they will be able to access the SRCiT building during customer service hours.
Hours are 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday
All users who have a card are required to access it using the URV card.
- "Self-user":
The user has enough knowledge to have the equipment from 8:30 to 21:00, Monday to Friday. The team coach is the one who can train a person and authorize them to be self-employed.
With justified need, the "self-user" will be able to access the SRCiT during public holidays and weekends upon request and authorization from the SRCiT Coordinator.
Failure to comply with the timetable will result in revocation of permission to enter the SRCiT building outside of office hours.
- Protocol to be followed to enter or leave the building after hours (working days between 8:30 and 21:00):
Entering and leaving the building, the user who wants to access the building will identify himself by inserting the URV card in the cardholder located at the main entrance of the building and, if everything is correct, he will be allowed to access.
You enter and leave the building through the front door.
- Protocol to be followed to enter and leave the building on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: Upon entering the building, the user must first have the authorization of the Service Coordinator, call the CAMPUS security guard and wait at the door of the SRCiT to be opened by the main door and the door of the space to which it has allowed access.
Leaving the building, the user will call the security guard to close the facilities properly.
